Care Center
The CARE Center is a specialized call center for state and local governments with an emphasis on disaster response and housing emergencies. The CARE Center emerged to replace the out-sourced, low-skill government contractors with the ability to operate at scale. It currently manages crisis intervention programs for a variety of state and local governments, managing over 100,000-400,000 contacts annually with a 90% single-contact resolution rate and 88% customer satisfaction rate. It has a multi-language online application for smooth client experience, customizable administrator tools for service providers, and a comprehensive analytics-enabled funder portal for tracking.

Swift Aid
SwiftAid.ai is a recently launched AI-enabled financial assistance and case management platform for government agencies and contractors that builds on CEDP’s experience delivering more than $250M in public benefits on behalf of state and local governments. Built in partnership with Cardinality.ai and case managers delivering public programs, we launched this fall for our first government and will soon launch with our first non-profit benefits administrator.

Housing Legal Advice AI
HousingLegalAdvice.AI, is an in-development, rules based AI legal information tool in beta testing in partnership with Colorado’s legal aid organizations to serve renters facing eviction and displacement who do not have the resources to access legal aid. In a world where about 1-3% of low-income tenants have access to attorneys, AI has for the first time opened the door for tenants to have real-time legal information in court.
